Environments for Aging magazine has selected four honorees for its inaugural Next Wave Awards.
Launched earlier this year, the new awards program honors emerging leaders in senior living design who are making meaningful impacts on the industry early in their careers.

Next Wave Awards recognition
Coverage of the Next Wave Awards winners and their contributions to the industry will be featured in the Fall issue of Environments for Aging and online. The awardees will also be celebrated in person during a Magazine Awards Luncheon at the 2026 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo, March 16-18, 2026, in Phoenix.
EFA’s Next Wave Awards will alternate yearly with the Design Champions Awards, a program celebrating established leaders shaping the senior living industry.
