English Meadows Senior Living (Blacksburg, Va.) is planning a new senior living community in Manassas, Va.
The 75,000-square-foot community will have 92 assisted living and memory care units. Additionally, two dining rooms with an open kitchen, a coffee bistro, hair and nail salon, sports bar, two lounges, a full rehab center, enclosed courtyard, and a large outdoor recreational patio area are planned for the assisted living community. The memory care community will feature a dining area, activity area, hair salon, lounge, enclosed courtyard and walking path, and outdoor areas.
The project team includes Metropolitan Design Studio+Architecture LLC (architect; Portland, Ore.), LMA Senior Living Design (designer; Blacksburg), and Aksoylu Properties (developer; Manassas). The community is scheduled for completion in May 2021.
