Senior housing developer Encore Senior Living (Chicago) is building a new assisted living and memory care community in Wyoming, Mich., according to the website mlive.com.
The 71,000-square-foot, 84-unit community will house 52 assisted living units and 32 memory care units.
Both assisted living and memory care will include a spa, salon, and sunrooms, and a common area with a library, arts and crafts center, and courtyards with gazebos.
The $16 million project is expected to be completed by October 2026, and join Encore Senior Living’s four other senior living communities in Michigan, joining those in Delta, Mich., Auburn Hills, Mich., and Sterling Heights, Mich.
The project team will include Ganther Construction (construction manager; Oshkosh, Wis.)
