Encore Senior Living (operator; Chicago) has opened The Courtyard at Loves Park in Loves Park, Ill., a suburb of Rockford, Ill., according to mystateline.com.
The project delivers 116 units, including 65 independent living apartments, 25 assisted living units, and a 26-unit memory care neighborhood, according to Avenue Construction (Indianapolis), the general contractor.
Amenities include a salon, theater, and space for wellness activities, fitness, and physical therapy. Additionally, the community features multiple dining venues and an outdoor gazebo.
