Operator Encore Senior Living (Chicago) and Avenue Development are planning a new senior living community in Loves Park, Ill., according to the website rockrivercurrent.com.
Situated on 5 acres, the 115-unit community will include a three-story independent living building with 60 residential units.
A single-story building with 30 assisted living units and 25 memory care units is also planned.
The project is expected to begin construction by the summer and take about 18 months to complete.
