Emerald Heights Breaks Ground On Assisted Living Building In Washington State

The 67,555-square-foot expansion is slated for completion in 2024.

Nonprofit senior housing and services organization Emerald Communities (Redmond, Wash.) is adding a $55 million expansion to its Emerald Heights campus in Redmond.

The project comprises a 67,555-square-foot assisted living building with 54 residential units, dining, activity rooms, an outdoor patio, and centralized courtyard.

The project team includes architecture firm Rice Fergus Miller (Bremerton, Wash.) and general contractor GLY Construction (Bellevue, Wash.).

Completion is slated for late 2024.
