Elmwood Communities (Green Springs, Ohio) is in the process of converting the 30-bed skilled nursing facility to assisted living at its Fremont campus in Fremont, Ohio, according to The Advertiser-Tribune (Tiffin, Ohio).
The conversion will increase the number of assisted living units to 78 and is expected to be completed this spring. Elmwood Fremont also houses an 18-suite memory care neighborhood, grand foyer, library, beauty/barber shop, solarium, bird aviary, ice cream parlor, tea room, and dining room.
