Elevate Senior Living (Clearwater, Fla.) plans to build a 128-bed senior living community in Valley Center, Kan., according to ksn.com.
The project will comprise 96 assisted living and memory care units and 32 independent living apartments.
The project team will include Spellman Brady & Company (interior designer; St. Louis) and American Healthcare Management Group (developer; Fruit Cove, Fla.), according to reap-ks.org.
Construction is expected to begin once approvals are finalized.
