Elegance Living (Baltimore), Capital Health Group (Baltimore), and developer Spirit Living (Larkspur, Calif.) are planning to open a new senior living community in Berkeley, Calif., according to an article in patch.com.
Elegance Berkeley will feature a mid-century modern style and offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care units, with a mix of studio and one-bedroom units. Design feature will include high ceilings, kitchenettes, and private baths.
Resident amenity spaces comprise a restaurant and bistro with wine bar, art lab, library and listening lounge, salon, theater, family lounge, outdoor grill and theater, fitness center, wellness and telehealth suite, physical and occupational therapy center, and massage suite.
The project is slated to open in May.
