Environments for Aging announces the winners and finalists of its 2026 Design Showcase awards. Now in its 30th year, the annual program celebrates the best in design and architecture in senior living environments.
The Award of Merit winner is Opus Newton (Newton, Mass.), submitted by Perkins Eastman (Philadelphia).
Honorable mentions go to:
- Belmont Village San Ramon (San Ramon, Calif.), submitted by HKIT Architects (Oakland, Calif.)
- The Reserve at Lone Tree (Lone Tree, Colo.), submitted by OZ Architecture (Denver)
- Moorings Park Grande Lake, GardenView Assisted Living (Naples, Fla.), submitted by Wegman Design Group (Naples)
- The Hartford at Stafford Village (Worthington, Ohio), submitted by PH7 Architects (Columbus, Ohio)
- Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge (Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.), submitted by RLPS Architects (Pittsburgh)
The winners will be celebrated during an EFA Magazine Awards Luncheon at the 2026 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo, to be held March 16-18 in Phoenix. Additionally, all winners and accepted projects will be published in the spring 2026 issue of Environments for Aging magazine.
