Construction has started on Edencrest at Tuscany in Altoona, Iowa, according to an article in Business Record.
The $20.4 million community will offer 20 assisted living units and 20 memory care units. A three-story independent living building will include 44 one- and two-bedroom units, attached and detached garages, and balcony and patio options.
Construction is expected to be complete in late 2021.
