Edencrest at Kettlestone, a two-story independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, is being planned for Waukee, Iowa, according to an article in businessrecord.com.
Designed by Solum Lang Architects Inc. (Cedar Rapids, Iowa), the 43,400-square-foot community will be situated on 5 aces and feature 80 residential units, including 40 assisted living units, 20 memory care units, and 20 independent living units.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2022 and be completed in 2023.
The project will mark developer Hubbell Realty Co.’s (Des Moines, Iowa) eighth senior living community in Iowa.
