Developer Eden Housing (Hayward, Calif.) is planning to build Donner Field Senior Apartments, a new affordable senior living community in the Oak Park neighborhood of Sacramento, Calif., according to capradio.org.
The project will house 67 units in a 2- to 3-story residential building and will also include a single-story community building housing amenities such as a shared kitchen and multipurpose room. Outdoor amenities will include a bocce ball court, barbecue area, and community garden.
Construction is expected to begin later this year and be completed by early 2027.
