East Center Village, a 55+ affordable senior housing community, is under construction in Lexington, N.C., according to globenewswire.com.
The three-story community will comprise 34 one-bedroom units and 20 two-bedroom units.
Affordable housing developer BTR Communities Group LLC (Lewisville, N.C.) and real estate firm WNC & Associates (Irvine, Calif.) are partnering on the project, which is slated for completion in August 2025.
