Senior living operator Discovery Senior Living (Bonita Springs, Fla.) has broken ground on an assisted living and memory care community in Bradenton, Fla.
The $50 million Discovery Village At Sarasota Bay will have 198 units. Amenities will include a clubhouse with multiple dining options, movie theater, salon/spa and barbershop, fitness center, bar, and bistro with a pizza oven. It is expected to open in fall 2021.
The project team includes Architectural Concepts (architecture), Discovery Design Concepts (interior design), and Henning Holdings (general contractor).
