Discovery Senior Living (Bonita Springs, Fla.) is planning Choreograph Gainesville, a resort-style 55+ senior living community in Gainesville, Fla., according to the website accesswire.com.
The senior living community will include 180 residential units in one- and two-bedroom options. Amenities will comprise a rooftop lounge, marketplace, technology bar and coffee lounge, heated pool with cabanas, outdoor yoga studio, fitness center, lounge and social room, and pet salon.
The $61 million project is slated to open in spring 2024.
