Nonprofit housing developer Presbyterian Homes & Services (Roseville, Minn.) broke ground on an expansion at Dickson Hollow senior living community in Menomonee Falls, Wis., according to a news release.
The new four-story building will house 118 independent living units.
The campus features a 120-unit assisted living and memory care building, town center, community room/chapel, theater, wellness center, salon, and library.
The project team includes architecture firms AG Architecture (Wauwatosa, Wis.) and 4 Design Architecture & Planning (Valley Center, Calif.) and general contractor CG Schmidt Construction (Madison, Wis.).
