A new senior living community in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood is taking shape on a 4.4-acre site called Hilltop Reserve. According to an article in the Colorado Real Estate Journal, the former milk processing and distribution center will provide a contemporary, metropolitan-style living environment with community services and amenities for active seniors.
Reporter Kris Oppermann Stern writes: “The new 205-unit community will feature 124 independent living units, 56 assisted living units, 25 memory care units and underground parking. The property will be housed on three levels and will be organized around two internal courtyards that will create a variety of activity choices and experiences. Hord Coplan Macht is designing the property and Austin based studioSIX5 has been tapped for the interior design. Catamount Constructors Inc. will be the general contractor.”
