Denton Floyd Real Estate Group (developer; Lexington, Ky.) and Triple Crown Senior Living (operator; Louisville, Ky.) plan to build Warrick Springs Senior Living, a new assisted living and memory care community in Newburgh, Ind., according to a news release.
The community will house 93 one- and two-bedroom units in a 3-story building. Amenities will include a movie theater, hair salon, private dining, and outdoor garden.
The project is expected to be completed by fall 2027.
