Ovation (developer; Las Vegas) broke ground on Decatur Rome Senior Apartments in Las Vegas, according to a news release.
The $78 million affordable senior community will comprise 276 units. Amenities include a food pantry, business center, fitness room, community garden, and pet park.
The project will be designed to meet USGBC’s LEED Gold certification standards with low-E windows, energy-efficient appliances, and water-conserving fixtures.
Construction is expected to be completed in late 2025, with residents moving in by 2026.
