East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority (Baton Rouge, La.) and developer Partners Southeast (Baton Rouge) held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the 62+ affordable Cypress Pinchback Senior Community in Baton Rouge, according to the website brproud.com.
The $25 million, four-story community has 99 residential units.
Amenities include an art gallery, gym, walking trail, and activity room.
