Covenant Living Of The Great Lakes Opens $30M Expansion In Grand Rapids, Michigan

The project delivers 36 independent living units across 18 duplex buildings.

Covenant Living of the Great Lakes has opened a new independent living neighborhood on its campus in Grand Rapids, Mich., according to a news release.

The $30 million expansion comprises 18 duplex buildings with 36 two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom units. Each unit features a two-car garage.

Additionally, the new neighborhood offers a private park and walking path. Residents have access to existing campus amenities, including multiple dining venues, fitness and wellness programs, and an indoor swimming pool.

Thompson, Hancock, Witte & Associates (THW Design; Atlanta) is the architect on the project, with Platinum Contracting Group LLC (Grand Rapids) serving as general contractor and Progressive Companies (Grand Rapids) as civil engineer.
