Country View Villas (Aledo, Ill.) has started construction on a new 55+ independent living community in Aledo, according to wqad.com.
The two-bedroom villas will be zero-entry with garages, full kitchens, and laundry rooms.
The website for the community shows four total units ranging from 1,020 square feet with one bathroom to 1,240 square feet with two bathrooms.
Construction is expected to be completed this fall.
