Senior living community operator Sona Senior Living (Lynnfield, Mass.) opened Cornerstone of Weymouth, an independent living community in Weymouth, Mass., according to The Patriot Ledger.
The luxury, 3-story, 155,000-square-foot community comprises 147 units, a coffee and breakfast bar, fine-dining restaurant, pub/bistro, fitness center, library, salon, theater, and game room.
Floor plans range from 414-square-foot studios to 921-square-foot two-bedroom units. Outdoor amenities include a courtyard, pickleball court, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts.
The project team includes Elksy Development (developer and builder; Milton, Mass.) and Meyer Design (architect and interior designer; Ardmore, Pa.).
