Convivial St. Petersburg CCRC To Begin Construction In 2026 In Florida

Convivial St. Petersburg, a new continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is expected to begin construction in 2026 in St. Petersburg, Fla., according to stpeterising.com.

Owned by nonprofit developer Convivial Life (Venice, Fla.), the $172.5 million community will house 170 residential units in two 9-story buildings, which will be connected by a skybridge.

Amenities will include a seventh-floor outdoor recreational space with a lounge pool, cabanas, poolside bar and grill, and activity space.

The community will also offer a full-service gym, aerobics studio, juice bar, spa, beauty salon and barber shop, 116-seat auditorium, and multiple dining venues.

RLPS Architects (Lancaster, Pa.) is the lead architecture firm on the project.
