Convivial Life Plans To Expand Jacaranda Trace Community In Florida

The project includes additional units, a renovated clubhouse, and short-term rehabilitation facility.

Nonprofit Convivial Life (Sarasota, Fla.)  announced plans to expand the Jacaranda Trace senior living community in South Venice, Fla., according to the website heraldtribune.com.

The project will add residential units, a fully renovated clubhouse, and eight villas on the 33-acre campus.

Additional plans include building a new short-term rehabilitation facility with assisted living and private post-acute skilled nursing residences and a full-service therapy and rehabilitation gym exclusively for residents.

SFCS Architects (Roanoke, Va.) will serve as the project’s architect.
