Construction Set To Begin In August On The Residence At Boyertown In Pennsylvania

The three-story, 126-unit senior living community will include independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.

Construction is scheduled to start in August on The Residence at Boyertown in Boyertown, Pa., a three-story, 126-unit senior community, according to a news release.

Senior living manager and operator IntegraCare (Wexford, Pa.) is partnering with investment and development firm Weathervane Capital Partners (Key Largo, Fla.) on the project, which originally was planned for 2023.

The 131,000-square-foot community will house 54 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, and 22 memory care units.

Triple Crown Corporation (Paxtonia, Pa.) is the general contractor on the project.
