Housing developer Harbert South Bay Partners (Dallas) started construction on The Marianne on Inwood, a luxury senior living community in Dallas, according to a news release.
The 3-acre community will house 162 units, including 96 for independent living, 42 for assisted living, and 24 for memory care residences. Floorplans will include studio, one-, and two-bedroom options.
Multiple dining venues, a movie theater, art studio, salon, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and golf simulator will be among amenities offered to residents.
Outdoor spaces will include a dog park and expansive courtyards.
The project is slated for completion in 2027.
