Housing Trust Group (Coconut Grove, Fla.) has started construction on Grand East Village, an affordable senior living community in Orlando, Fla., according to local news affiliate wftv.com.
The $30 million community will house 92 independent living units. Amenities will include a pickleball court, community garden, theater, and fitness center.
