HarborChase of Shaker Heights celebrated its grand opening in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Confluent Senior Living, a Denver-based development and investment company, and development and hospitality management firm Harbor Retirement Associates (Vero Beach, Fla.) partnered on the project.
The three-story, 106,698-square-foot assisted living and memory care community houses 108 residential units, including 80 assisted living units and 28 memory care units.
Situated on 3 acres, the community has two large courtyards with outdoor firepits, a full-service bar, club room, activity rooms, fitness and wellness center, salon and spa, and 84 surface parking spaces.
The project team includes RDL Architects (architect; Shaker Heights), Thoma-Holec Design (interior design; Mesa, Ariz.), The Douglas Company (general contractor; Toledo), and Mannik Smith Group (civil engineer; Shaker Heights).
