Community Action Partnership of St. Joseph (St. Joseph, Mo.), a non-profit that administers programs, services, and initiatives to end poverty, is planning a new affordable senior living community, in St. Joseph, according to the website kq2.com.
The 50-unit project will be funded by a grant from the Missouri Housing Development Corporation (Kansas City, Mo.) and will comprise 25 one-bedroom units and 25 two-bedroom options.
Residents will have access to a community room and fitness center.
Construction is slated to begin in 2023 and wrap up in 2025.
