Affordable housing developer Common Ground Development Corporation (Lowell, Mass.) has opened The Avenue at Greenmont, a new affordable senior living community in Dracut, Mass., according to Inside Lowell.
The 3-story community houses 56 one-bedroom residential units. Amenities include community gathering spaces, outdoor seating areas, and a fenced pet area.
BWA Architecture (Boston) is the architect, and Consigli Construction Co. (Milford, Mass.) is serving as construction manager.
