The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority has opened Cobblestone Manor, a new affordable senior living community in Grove City, Ohio, according to a news release.
The $28.6 million project comprises 82 units for low- and fixed-income seniors. Amenities include a fitness center, community room with coffee bar, library, and outdoor features such as a patio, pool, and paved walking trail.
