Developer Clover Management (Williamsville, N.Y.) plans to build an independent living community for residents age 55+, in Greensburg, Pa., according to an article in TribLive.
The three-story community, Town Square Senior Apartments, will feature 124 units of one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a community room with kitchen, lounge area with fireplace, a beauty salon and barber shop, family game room, fitness center, and a coffee bar lounge with fireplace.
