Senior living community owner-operator Clearwater Living (Newport Beach, Calif.) has grown its Texas portfolio with the addition and rebranding of Clearwater Highland Park independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Dallas, according to a news release.
Formerly Anthology of Highland Park, the community houses 121 units including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans.
Amenities include chef-curated dining, a fitness center, salon, theater, and creative studio, as well as landscaped terraces and outdoor gathering spaces. Residents also have access to physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
