Cleveland Housing Network (CHN) Housing Partners (Cleveland) and Emerald Development and Economic Network (EDEN; Cleveland) are set to begin construction on Emerald Senior, a $21 million supportive housing development for seniors and veterans, in Cleveland, according to a news release.
The project will house 62 one-bedroom units in a 4-story, 55,000-square-foot building.
Amenities will include a community room and counseling and activity spaces.
The project team will include Hiti, DiFrancesco and Siebold, Inc. (architect and interior designer; Cleveland) and Ozanne Construction Company (construction; Cleveland).
