Suntree Senior Living (Melbourne, Fla.) is planning a seven-story Atlantis Senior Tower at Chateau Madeleine, an assisted living and memory care community in Melbourne, according to an article in Florida Today.
The project will add 90,000 square feet and 80 residential units to the community.
A rooftop bistro and observation deck, stage area for musical performances, restaurant, and ground-floor lounge also are planned.
Completion is scheduled for late 2023.
