Construction of Chateau Apartments, an affordable senior living community in Vestal, N.Y., is expected to be completed in late April, according to the website wnbf.com.
The new community will comprise 30 units, including 20 one-bedroom options and 10 two-bedroom options. Additionally, seven units will be designated for mobility-impaired residents and two units for hearing-/visually-impaired residents.
Ground-floor units will be adaptable for wheelchair accessibility.
