Chartwell Retirement Residences (Montreal) is partnering with real estate and construction firm Bâtimo/EMD Construction (Quebec) to develop a new independent living retirement residence, Chartwell Le Montcalm, in Montreal.
The community will include 276 apartments as part of the new residential project, Square Candiac, being developed by Groupe Steckmar.
Chartwell Le Montcalm will offer contemporary furnishings within an urban setting that’s within walking distance of retail shops and public services. It’s expected to open in fall 2017.
