Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) has passed the halfway mark on construction of a new senior living community in West Bend, Wis., according to the Washington County Insider.
The 114-unit Charter Senior Living of West Bend will offer assisted living and memory care options, as well as a bistro and café, wellness and fitness center, resource library with computers, and salon.
The project team will include American Architectural Group as the designer and American Construction Services as the general contractor—both divisions of American Companies (West Bend, Wis.). DMK Development Group (Louisville, Ky.) will develop the project.
The project is expected to be completed in May 2025.
