Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) and DMK Development Group (Louisville, Ky.) are planning a new assisted living and memory care community in Murray, Ky., according to an article in murrayledger.com.
Situated on 17 acres, the project will include 54 assisted living units and 25 memory care units with a mix of studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Residents will have access to a full-service bistro, multiple dining areas, activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, and a fitness center. Outdoor amenities will include landscaped courtyards, a putting green, and gardens.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall.
