Charter Senior Living, DMK Development Group Break Ground On $50M Senior Living Project

The 175-unit community will be part of a master-planned development in Sheboygan, Wis.

Charter Senior Living (Naperville, Ill.) and DMK Development Group (Louisville, Ky.) broke ground on a $50 million senior living community, as part of a master-planned development, in Sheboygan, Wis., according to the website whbl.com.

The new campus will house 175 residential units including 108 independent living units, 46 assisted living units, and 21 memory care units.

The project team includes general contractor American Companies (West Bend, Wis.) and real estate developer and manager Van Horn (Sheboygan).
