Senior living management firm Charter Senior Living (Chicago) and senior housing developer DMK Development Group (Louisville, Ky.) are planning a $14 million community in Linden, Mich.
Situated on 8.25 acres, the 81-unit assisted living and memory care community will include a bistro, multiple dining areas, an activity room, beauty and barber salon, library, courtyards, putting green, and fitness center
Construction will begin in fall 2020, with completion expected in 2021.
