Chancey Development (Tampa, Fla.) plans to develop The Arbor at Watercolor Place senior living community in Bradenton, Fla., according to a news release.
Expected to open in early 2028, the 4-story community will house 196 units, including 96 independent living units, 76 assisted living units, and a 24-unit memory care neighborhood.
Multiple dining venues, including a bistro/bar for independent living residents, as well as fitness areas, a salon and wellness suite, arts and crafts room, theater, game room, and golf simulator will be among the amenities.
Outside spaces will include a resort-style pool and deck with covered pavilion, bocce ball and pickleball courts, and a secure memory garden and porch.
Chancey Architecture & Interior Design (Tampa), a division of Chancey Development, is the architect and interior designer on the project. The Arbor Company (Atlanta) will operate the community.
