Real estate investment and development company United Properties (Minneapolis) has acquired Champlin Shores, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, in Champlin, Minn.
The 133-unit community will be rebranded as Amira Choice Champlin and will be operated by Ebenezer Senior Living (Edina, Minn.).
United Properties is planning to update the community with new furniture, flooring, and fixtures over the next three years.
