Cedarwood at Sandy, owned and operated by Kisco Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.), is expanding with the addition of cottages to its campus in Sandy, Utah, according to kutv.com.
The project will add 29 two-bedroom, two-bathroom, independent living units to the community, which consists of 122 independent living and 61 assisted living units. Each of the cottages will also include a walk-out patio and two-car garage.
The project will be completed in three phases with the first of the cottages expected to be completed in early 2025.
