Operator Cedarhurst Senior Living (Cedarhurst, N.Y.) has is planning an expansion at Cedarhurst of Topeka in Topeka, Kan., according to a news release.
Slated to open in summer 2026, the project will add 34 independent living cottages to the 55+ community, which also offers assisted living and memory care units.
The expansion will also add amenities including full-service dining, a pickleball court, and putting green.
