Cedarhurst Senior Living (St. Louis) has announced plans for an independent living expansion at Cedarhurst of Farmington in Farmington, Mo., according to a news release.
The project is expected to begin construction this summer and add 23 independent living cottages, with opening anticipated in fall 2027.
The units for residents 55+ are designed with two-bedroom floor plans, gas fireplaces, covered patios, and private garages with electric vehicle outlets.
