Cedarhurst Senior Living (St. Louis, Mo.) is nearing completion on an independent living expansion at Cedarhurst of Frankfort in Frankfort, Ill., according to a news release.
The 55+ community, Cedarhurst Cottages of Frankfort, will feature 32 cottages with open floor plans, full kitchens, private patios, and attached one-car garages.
The project also includes a community clubhouse and outdoor putting green, pickleball court, and other recreational areas.
The project is on track to be completed this spring.
