CCRC Opens On Berry College Campus In Georgia

The community will include an indoor saltwater pool, hobby room, courtyard, and a fourth-floor clubroom.

The Spires at Berry College, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), has opened on the campus of Berry College, in Floyd County, Ga., according to an article in Rome News-Tribune.

Situated on more than 30 acres, the CCRC offers a mix of assisted living, independent living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation care.

Amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, hobby room, courtyard, business center, spa with salon and barbershop, fitness center, three restaurants, private dining space, multipurpose room, art studio, and a fourth-floor clubroom that includes a balcony and shuffleboard. The campus has 40 miles of natural trails.

Lavender Mountain Senior Living (Mount Barry, Ga.) oversees the community and Greenbrier Senior Living (Dallas) is the operator.
